Question : I have these bumps around the outside of my vaginal area. They have been here for about two months. I did a vinegar test to rule out genital warts. They dont hurt or itch they just exist.
Brief Answer:
Vestibular papillomatosis; No active intervention required
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the image.
This condition is known as vestibular papillomatosis.
Vulvar papillomatosis is a benign, asymptomatic, anatomic variant of vulvar mucosal epithelium. It is characterized by smooth or filiform papules symmetrically distributed on the inner surface of both labia minora.
It is frequently mistaken for genital warts. No active intervention is required for vestibular papillomatosis as it is a normal anatomic variation. Reassurance is all that is required.
