Suggest Treatment For Genital Warts

Question: Do I have HPV, do these look like warts to you?
I recently ended a 5 year monogamous relationship. About 3-4 weeks ago I started having unprotected sex with a new girl. The other day I noticed these three bumps at the base of the shaft of my penis (top side). The bumps are each associated with a hair, coming out of the center/upper portion of each.
There is no pain, no itching, no fluids, no blood. Folliculitis? Warts? I semi-regularly check myself out "down there" and it seemed like one day they just appeared overnight.

Brief Answer:
Genital warts:requires cauterization by radio-frequency
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.
I can understand your concern for the eruptions over genital area. After thoroughly analyzing the pictures I can make out that you have genital warts.
It requires cauterization under expert direction by radio-frequency. For the above you can meet a dermatologist for best possible treatment.
Do not pinch, pop or scratch the area. Keep the area dry and wear cotton socks. Change the socks two time a day. Do not get exposed to extremes of environment and protect yourself from further infection..
Take care.
