Brief Answer:
Treatment options detailed.
Detailed Answer:
Okay, thanks for uploading, have gone through the photos.
YEs, these are genital warts, caused by HPV ( human papilloma virus ).
Right now, while you are actively having them, you are directly infective to your partners, so avoid having unprotected sex until they are gone.
Also, once they disappear, you are still capable of transmitting the virus anytime, so protected sex is a must.
In fact, till the warts are healed, once you initiate treatment for them, it is best to refrain from sex ( even protected sex ) , as it can generate friction in the area , and delay / prevent healing.
Now, for the treatment.
The treatment is mainly grouped into two modalities - local application of products or physical methods.
In general, for softer warts ( like it appears you have ) , topical methods suffice, while for harder, rougher warts - physical methods are better, at times, combination of both maybe needed.
Also, treatment can take upto months sometimes for resistant strains of warts, so have patience.
Avoid rubbing, handling, touching the area excessively, as this can irritate the warts and spread them. It is best to clean with simple water, as soaps, bubbles, lotions, gels may also irritate the area.
Locally applied agents include - podophyllotoxin liquid, Imiquimod cream, Trichloroacetic acid ( TCA ).
TCA needs application by a medical professional, while the first two can be used by you, but they are prescription remedies.
Physical methods include - cryotherapy ( freezing off the warts with liquid nitrogen ), excision ( surgical removal ), electrosurgery and laser surgery.
For the kind of warts you have, cryotherapy is an excellent choice if topical treatments fail.
In any case, you need to consult your doctor and have the necessary prescription / treatment .
How soon can you access your doctor ??
