Second possibility at this age may be cervical spondylosis.
Third possibility may be posterior circulation stroke if the dizziness is of sudden onset.
Provide more detail regarding dizziness like duration, postural relation, any loss of consciousness, hearing loss, gait ataxia.
You need to get her autonomic function evaluated. Also clinical evaluation by a neurologist is required to assess all the dysfunction.
For treatment continue proper control of blood sugar and vermin 16 mg may be taken for vertigo with advice and prescription from your treating physician.
Neuroimaging if required may be planned.
