Fatty liver may be due to many causes like obesity, hepatitis, alcohol intake etc.
It may be due to obesity in your case.It is not a life threatening condition.
First try to reduce your weight.
Fatty liver is a reversible condition.
Go for exercise and brisk walk regularly.Avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
Don't take much non-veg food.
You may also need lipid profile and random blood sugar estimation.
You may need few medicines after blood tests.
It is good that you don't take alcohol and you are a non smoker.
RBC count is acceptable.
In short, findings are usually not very serious. This is generally a manageable condition.

Is it curable or just have to maintain to stop advancing?
I dont have sugar, what blood tests are needed to check the liver functioning?
Suppose if loose weight by following good diet and excerise if the fat goes of from liver then is there a chance that it comes back?
Are there cases for whom fatty liver grade1 is cured?

Do i need to avoid rice and non veg?
Can i live normal life once it is cured?
when it will go to Grade2 and 3? what are the risks if it goes to grade2 and 3?

There is no need of biopsy etc.
