Large ventricle could either be related to chronic hypertension or dilated cardiomyopathy secondary to PCV therapy earlier used.
In all such cases of ecg diagnosed large ventricle,its very important to evaluate the functional status of the heart by a 2 dimensional trans thoracic echocardiography to assess the ejection fraction.
Drugs called Inotropes are needed only in cases where there is gross reduction of cardiac ejection fraction.
