Suggest Treatment For Grade-2 Prostatomegaly
Question: i am 63 years old. myresidual urine 113 cc , wall thickening 0.7 cm, total psa 7.23,
doctor diagonised as grade 2 prostatomegaly. whether it is currable by medicine? so what is the medicine available?

There is a reasonable amount of residual urine and therefore TURP (trans urethral resection of prostate) would be the preferred treatment. At this stage I do not think that medical treatment would suffice. Medicines like tamsulosin, terazosin or finasteride can be used but I doubt whether they would be able to bring significant improvement.
