Suggest Treatment For Grade I Prostatomegaly
Question: Dear Doctor, My father has got Grade I prostatomegaly, please let me know what treatment needs to be taken. Do we need to do any surgery for this? Is it completely curable by medicine.

It bothers him during night, he has to urinate 3 to 4 to times at night. I have attached the medical report in my previous mail. Request you to have a look into it.

Yes he can be managed on medications only. In my practice i start such patients on Cap Urimax D every night . Ask your doctor for the prescription.
I also advise to test for Serum PSA and revert back with report

Dear Doctor,
Today I took him to Urologist, doctor told nothing to worry about. He suggested to continue with the same medicine (Urimax-0.4 mg) for one month which the earlier doctor suggested. He also asked us to do a uroflowmetry test and based on that he will suggest the medicine.
