Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
Pigmented lesion in the mouth can be due to melanotic macule, freckle or naevi.
I would recommend you to upload the photograph of the lesion so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

I have uploaded a photo of the lesion. It's a little blurry

Were you able to see anything from the images I sent?

Brief Answer:
Due to cheek bite most likely

Detailed Answer:
Yes I can appreciate a small yellowish lesion on the mucosa. It can be most likely due to cheek bite.
I would recommend you to keep under observation as it should heal in few days.
Otherwise consult a doctor and get it examined clinically to rule out leukoplakia.
