Suggest Treatment For Gum Swelling Around The Wisdom Tooth

Seems like PERICORONITIS..
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
So sorry to hear about your problem and will try my level best to resolve it..
As per your complain swollen gum around the wisdom tooth seems to be most probably due to inflammation of the gum flap..
It occurs due to infection that is due to food accumulation between the gum flap and tooth..
Pain in ear is due to radiating pain from the wisdom tooth and the lump under the skin of cheek seems to be either a swollen lymph node due to infection or can be an inflammation of soft tissues due to infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray has to be done for confirmation..
If it is due to Pericoronitis then first of all you will be given a course of antibiotics and Anti-inflammatory painkillers along with antiseptic mouthwash gargles and warm saline gargles for relief..
If the condition recurs then the gum flap can be removed by a small surgical procedure known as OPERCULECTOMY while removal of wisdom tooth can also provide permanent relief..
As of now you can start doing warm saline gargles, gargle with betadine mouthwash and also do cool compresses over the cheek..
Take painkiller like Ibuprofen for pain relief..
You can also put nasal decongestant like Xylometazoline to relieve stuffiness of ear..
Any further questions are welcome..
Regards..
