Brief Answer:
Would need a detailed general examination and investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef, a general surgeon answering your query.

If I were your doctor, I would not do anything excepting, excepting for a plain x-ray of skull, and observe it closely at regular intervals, say once every month. Also a detailed general examination of your body including that of the thyroid gland would be done.

In case it increases in size, I would consider of going for a CT scan/MRI scan of the skull, followed by a neurosurgical consultation to plan out further course of action.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
