Suggest Treatment For Head Injury After Accident

Question: My sisters son met with an accident on 7 Nov 14 while going on bike .He is unconscious since then .More than 24 hours has passed .His hands & legs movements are there .He was shifted to hospital within less than 30-45 min.Is the medicines given to him is correct.

He has not gained consciousness .It is eighth day now .He had fever (max 101.6 ) in between .His current medication are
COGNISTAR 60 MG VIAL
DALUS 500 INJ
DOLO 650MG
FORCAN PLUS IV 200ML
HOSPIMYCIN
LEVIPIL 500 MG
LIOFEN 10 MG
MANNITOL-20 IV ASHTOL
EGADERM IV 1635
TOZABACT 4.5GM INJ 10 ML
After culture .Hospimycin & Tozabact has been stopped and started the undermentioned medicines

CILAXTER 1GM INJECTION
NS 100 ML IV
XYLOMONAS 3 MIU INJ

Please tell me whether any medicine /test is suggested for addition/deletion.

His current medications seem to be fine.

It is unfortunate that he has not regained consciousness even after 8 days. To assess his brain function better, an EEG test (electroencephalography) may be done.
