Suggest Treatment For Headache And Severe Sinus Infection

Question: I've had this headacre for two weeks. I've had a CT scan and a EKG. I was given extra strength Tylenol and sent home. (VA Hospital). Three days later, same pain, I went to another doctor. My med records was retrieved form the VA. This doctor said I had a bad sinus infection and prescribed antibiotic with one refill if needed. Three days later I still have the same symptoms and I don't feel that I'm getting any better. I feel worried. Do you think I should be worried or wait a little longer and continue to take the prescribed meds?

The headache never stop thrubing. Its with me all day and night. I don't know how to get a copy of the CT scan to you. Can you help with suggestion?
Brief Answer:
Treatment should be continued.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
In this case then, you should continue the treatment about sinus infection.
If the headache is related to sinusitis, it should subside gradually.
Another thing to consider about headache cause is a strict control of blood pressure that may be elevated due to your previous heart condition and actual infection.
You should try sinus pressure relieving procedures that can be done at home too.
These procedures include frequent rinse of nostrils with salted water and inhaling steam.
If Paracetamol didn't help in relieving your headache, you should try other over-the-counter pain medication such Ibuprofen.
Hope this helps. Best regards.
