Suggest Treatment For Headache, Hot Flashes, Excessive Crying And Depression
Question: I am a 64 year female, married with 3 grown children. I have hashimotos and fibromyalgia. For the last few weeks I am having headaches, mostly around my eyes and top of my head. Also, I am having hot flashes about 5 times daily. Lots of crying and depression.

It looks like Tension headache only.
Sinus headache doesn't come with depression and crying!!
So, even if your X-ray says there is sinusitis I would say that the headache is Tension Headache only.
Now my recommendations in such case would be to take Amitryptilline and SSRI like Escitalopram.
Both of these drugs would help you with the headache along with depression.

Also , why do you think my vision is changing.

Hot flushes are mostly due to Menopausal symptoms, but that doesn't occur at this age. You must have crossed that period.
Anxiety in itself is an important cause of hot flushes.
Now, as far as headache, vision changes are concerned, you should get a MRI Head to rule out any other pathological issue pertaining to it.
If found normal, you would need treatment for anxiety only.
