Question: I have had headache nausea and loss of appetite for about 5 days also night sweats

I read your question and i understand your concern. Headache , nausea and sweating and loss of appetite with history of aspirin and pepto use likely suggest a gastric discomfort like GERD or gastritis . It could be an acute infections like stomach flu or upper air way infections like sinusitis. Stop aspirin , take tylenol , some antivert for nausea and something stronger than pepto like nexium. I would suggest a visit to a GP and have some baseline done to rule out any suspicion.
