Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
First of all your wife symptoms may be related to life threatening cardiovasculary disease (heart attack or stroke) that should be excluded first.
This os why I strongly recommend that you should send her to ER.
Secondly (if everything is OK) other causes should be blamed for her symptoms (common flue). Usually in this case patients will be relieved after taking Tylenol.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

We think Flu. This started yesterday afternoon with sever headache in her temples then later in the afternoon, sore and swollen Lymph nodes in her throat, in the evening her upper chest close to her throat feels sore when she breathes. Slight improvement since taking Tylenol 2 1/2 hrs ago.
My wife hardly ever gets sick from anything going way back so this is unusual.
I presently have a standard mild cold not at all like what my wife has.
