Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Abdominal Cramps

Question: I am 30 year old female, since being clamped after having my second child just over 2 years ago I am always tired, have continuous cramping period like pains all the time and when I get my period it's heavy. I get real bad headaches and then today I've had 3 random nose bleeds.
I was clamped because I bleed continuously from the time I delivered my daughter in August 2014 through til I had surgery in April 2015.
My sex drive is gone and when I do have sex most of the time it's painful.

Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,
When have you last had a examination with a Gynecologist? The symptoms you are complaining of may or may not be related to the surgery you underwent. It could be other things like fibroid, cysts, endometriosis, which need to be checked.
A pelvic ultrasound and your haemoglobin levels are also needed, as excessive blood loss during periods can cause anemia and be the reason of the weakness and fatigue you are feeling.
The nose bleed and headaches also need to be looked into, did you have any bleeding disorder in the past.
Were both your deliveries vaginal or caesarean?
Do let me know.

I never had a follow up examination with my gynecologist an appointment was never sent out. so I will ring him up to see if he can do check up.
I did wonder about the anemia side of things as all my periods are heavy since I was a teenager.
I've never had any bleeding disorder in the past that I'm aware of.
both my deliveries were vaginal

hi
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes a Check of haemoglobin to rule out and if identified, to treat the anemia is necessary.
Also the check with your Gynecologist will definitely identify the cause of heavy periods and cramping that you have.
A vaginal cream or lubricant can help with the drive meanwhile.
