Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Insomnia

Question: Dear Dr Ratnesh,
I have been taking following medication as prescribed by you.
1)lemna minor q
2)agraphis nuts since 30
3)belldona 6 pills
4)bc 12
5)calcarea iodata
6)hepar sulph 30 6 pills
7)silicia 30 6 pills
I have noticed substantial difference in my headaches this time but still have them on a stressful day or because of lack of sleep but it has drastically improved.
My DNS problem remains the same, I am still using NASIVION as before especially at night.
Kindly prescribe the next line of treatment.

as per the details
you some improvement in headache and and DNS problem is same.

i am changing the medicine and suggest you to start the medicine as prescribed
you may start with
1 Cistus can Q 20 drop with half cup of water 3 times in a day
2 Agraphis nutans 1M 6 pills once in day
3 calcarea iod 1M 6 pills once in day

Take medicine for a month and then update.
This will work on your headache and DNS problem.
Mode of action;- Medicine acts on internal lining of nasal mucosa and cure inflammation.

I am not able to procure cistus can Q. As per the chemist's here it's not available in mother tincture in any brand but available in potency of 30.can I use that.

Thank you so much for the prompt reply. I'm starting with cistus can 30ch till I find the mother tincture. Also I would like to know are German made better than the XXXXXXX or they are the same.
