Brief Answer:
Increase fluid intake.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The weakness and headaches are associated with the tuberculous infection and the medicines that he is taking.
To decrease the headache ask him to have plenty of fluids orally and continue taking mild pain killers like ibuprofen after meals.
In case the problem persists then do consult your physician to rule out other causes of headache like
Stress
Anxiety
Vascular headache
Eye problems
Cold and cough
High blood pressure
Migraine
Gastric problems
I hope this answers your query.

my father didn't get positive for TB test both skin and blood. but still the symptoms resembling TB. so taking akt4 and the results are good. why so why can't sometimes TB be detected thru tests?. is there any test to prove that he is infected with TB?. he travelled with his driver in AC car few years who suffered similar symptoms and cured by taking TB medicines. circumstances point towards TB but not reports. any inputs for further ADVICE.
Brief Answer:
Can be latent infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Latent TB infection does not show on tests but the symptoms improve on taking the treatment. This can sometimes be detected by Interferon-gamma release assays (IGRAs). QuantiFERON, also known as QFT, is the registered trademark of the test for tuberculosis infection or latent tuberculosis. QFT is an interferon-γ release assay (IGRA) used in tuberculosis diagnosis.
It is best to continue with the treatment since he is feeling better.
Hope my answer is helpful.
