Low white blood cells and petechiae side effects of Ambien use.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
I will try to address your concerns one by one.
You mean SIADH ( syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone ) right?
This condition if not controlled correctly can cause weight loss, besides other problems.
Low white blood cells count and petechiae are most probably related to Ambien use s one of the possible side effects of its use.
Other symptoms ( headaches, fatigue, muscles spasms. pain ) most probably are caused by exacerbated Fibromyalgia, exacerbation most probably is related to blood quality changes.
In my opinion, you should discuss with your treating Doctor about stopping Ambien use and displacing it as a first step to improve your symptoms.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Take care.
Ativan can alterate blood cells count and function too.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Ativan ( Lorazepam ) could cause bleeding problems, low white cells count, anemia, tiredness, muscles soreness, etc.
So, since Ativan side effects alterate bleeding, it could cause petechiae too.
Hope I've been of help.
Best regards.
I want to profusely thank you for educating me and making me aware of what is literally destroying my life. I want to taper off Lorazepam and I know it will be difficult, however I'm willing to do whatever it takes. I'm taking @1.5 mg daily. What increments would you suggest? I live alone and am fearful what I'm faced with.
Kindest regards,
XXXX
Nonprescription sleep pills can be tried.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
In my opinion you should tapper Lorazepam by 0.5 mg each week, and start one nonprescription sleep drugs such Dormin, Sominex, Nytol ( one of them ).
If nonprescription drug don't work after one week, then you can use Rozerem eg.
Since it is a prescription drug, there is need to discuss with your primary care Doctor about its use.
Hope I helped you.
Best regards.
I can no longer tolerate most Rx meds. The sensitivity has progressed that meds I could tolerate 5 years ago make me ill. I get all side effects, in addition to rare but serious side effects. What could be causing this?
Thank you for your admirable knowledge.

Fluids restriction is the main treatment about SIADH.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again XXXXXXX
Fluids restriction is the mainstay treatment of SIADH. It's effectiveness should be evaluated, however, by blood tests regarding to electrolytes levels ( sodium, potassium, chloride, and bicarbonate ), plasma and urine osmolarity.
If these tests result within normal values, you don't need to use drugs.
If there is hyponatremia ( lowering of Natrium blood level ), treatment with furosemide and hypertonic saline ( 3%) needed.
Keep in mind that lowering of blood levels of Natrium ( hyponatremia ) manifests with muscle weakness, tremor, hyporeflexia, ataxia ( equilibrium problems ), dysarthria (speech difficulties), seizures.
In those cases, you need to be evaluated and treated in no time by medical personnel.
Hope I helped you
Wishing you good health.
I do have fibromyalgia and myofascial pain.

You don't have Leukemia.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXXXXX
Leukemia is a malignant condition where there is an increased production of abnormal white blood cells.
Your condition related to white blood cells count is the opposite of Leukemia.
Decrease in white blood cells account is related to certain infections ( typhoid, dengue, sepsis, rickettsia infection etc.), some mineral and microelements deficiencies such XXXXXXX Zinc, Folic acid, and drugs also can cause lowering of white blood cells count.
Morning bones and joints pain that subsidies during the day is most probably related to arthritis.
Fatigue in your case, is most likely related to fibromyalgia and SIADH, it could be also related to Lorazepam use.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Take care.
