Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Pain On Neck And Night Chills
Question: yesterday I started feeling ill.
Im not sure what it is but the symptoms are :
fever-
bad headaches
neck and back of the head pain when moving
night chills
cold sweats
and muscle pain to the point that its hard to pick up a coffee cup
I dont feel anything in my throat or chest ( so I don't think its a Flu)

I have carefully gone through the list of complaints. It seems to be nothing but a viral infection. There are various viral infections that could manifest with such symptoms. Flu or Influenza is just one of such viral infections. Such an infection does not essentially be associated with problems in your throat or chest.
Take paracetamol/acetaminophen for headache or body ache. Your problem may last for 3-5 days but then things will be back again to normal. If it does not recover in a week, you will have to see a doctor.
