Hi,
Thank you for writing back.
1. it is possible to check the sinuses on an MRI with some difficulty as bone is invisible on an MRI).
2. A Sinus CT can help rule out any sinusitis conclusively.
3. That would narrow down the tension headache, migraine and fibromyalgia.
4. What allergic symptoms do you have at present? Which migraine medication have you tried till now? Have all your blood tests been done?
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be available to answer them.

Hi,
Thank you for writing back.
1. Air borne allergies can be tested. Humidity is a non-specific allergen. Since your blood tests are fine, a combination of medication such as an anti-histamine, an anti-leukotriene, a steroid nasal spray and steam inhalation will help control your nasal allergy.
2. Correction of Vit. D, Vit. B12 and calcium levels will go a long way in treating your symptoms.
3. I would recommend that a physician review all your current medication to rule out any drug interactions such as between XXXXXXX Codiene, Sudafed and Midrin.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
