Brief Answer:
Anxiety is more likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic!

At your age, a heart attack seems to be quite unlikely unless you have pre-existing heart disease or have overdosed on drugs. However, anxiety can very commonly cause chest pain, sweating and other symptoms which are often mistaken as a heart attack by patients. Heart attacks do not last for days but anxiety can. Since you are very young, anxiety is a more likely possibility than heart disease. It is easy to differentiate between the two by getting an ECG (electrocardiograph) done. More details about the exact nature of your symptoms can also help in diagnosis.

Taking slow but deep breaths for a few minutes will reduce the symptoms of anxiety and provide relief.

I hope this clears up things for you. Please let me know if you need any clarifications.

Best wishes.
