Although the pain in any part of the body could lead to heart rhythm and blood pressure changes.

-resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound
-lab blood tests (complete blood count, blood electrolytes, thyroid hormone levels, fasting glucose).
-an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring is needed to examine your heart rhythm trends during the day and rule in/out possible cardiac arrhythmia.
