Brief Answer:
Heels spurs can be removed surgically also.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. You are having a disease which is called planter fasciitis. In this there is pain in heel, more in morning when patient get up. It is not a very serious disease but treatment is not definitive. Most of the time foot wear change or steroid shot are tried,as in your case. I would suggest you following.
1.If your pain is mild to moderate then you can repeat steroid after three months. Most of the patient needs more then one injection.
2.If you have tried multiple injection then you can go for surgery where spur is removed.
3.wear silicon sole in shoes so that there is less pressure on foot.
4.Take tablet Tendocare which has collage peptide daily for three months.
5.Make sure that your blood sugar and thyroid level is normal as both Diabetes and Thyroid can increase pain.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
