Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhagic Ovarian Cyst
Simple Precautions advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is unusual to have hemorrhagic cyst in ovary at your age but if it has been already documented by ultrasound then all we can do right now is to wait for it to resolve by itself and document cure after 10-14 days via a repeat ultrasound scan.
If the pain is very bothersome then try following measures -
- try warm heat on back and front in pelvic area by hot water bottle at least 3-4 times a day
- lie prone as much as possible (tummy down with bed)
- avoid excessive walk or jolting or sudden turning as much as possible
- avoid intercourse till pain is there.
In case these measures don't help take tablet Buscopan to relieve the pain as and when required.
Take care.

No mam, hemorrhagic cyst is already a rupture Simple ovarian cyst so rupture is not an issue.
This rising pain is because of the inflammation of the adjoining peritoneum and various pelvic organs adjacent to the cyst.
This swelling will resolve in 3-5 days by itself and thus pain will be relieved too.
Till then you can take the tablet as advised along with any Simple painkiller.
All the best.
Paracetamol advised
Detailed Answer:
Yes it is a prescription drug.
You can take tablet paracetamol three times a day for the time being and in case pain persists then try to have mefenemic acid as a substitute for buscopan.
In my opinion paracetamol alone will suffice along with wet heat and rest.
