Noticed Multiple Small Peripheral Follicles & No Free Fluid In Peritoneal Cavity
ovaries nomal in size,show multiple small peripheral follicles. size of ovaries:right :44x17mm and volume is about 7cc. left:35x22mm and volume is about 8cc. no free fluid noted in the peritoneal cavity .please explain is their any difficulty to get pregnancy?
The ultrasound report is concerning for possible polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD). However, your symptoms, history, and clinical evaluation need to be correlated with the USG report for a definite diagnosis. If PCOD is confirmed, pregnancy is possible with appropriate treatment.
