Suggest Treatment For Hiatal Hernia
Question: After an endoscopy, I was told I have a hiatal hernia. My symptoms have been periodic nausea and vomiting, usually 2 hours after lunch or dinner and up to midnight. No symptoms until the nausea hits. I was told to avoid caffeine, alcohol, citrus, peppermint, chocolate, and that happens to be what I like the best. I have a grapefruit tree and love fresh fruit so have lots. Is decafe coffee ok.? I drink it black. Also, is herbal tea ok? Heart burn, etc. has never occurred. Absolutely no other symptoms except projectile and lengthy attacks. I didnt get referred to a GI MD except for the endo. thank you, Sandra
