Brief Answer:
Blood pressure high but not dangerous

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
There is nothing to worry about a blood pressure of 143 /100. This is related to your relatively high heat rate. Your low TSH indicates that your Thyroid is overactive. If you are on any Thyroid hormone, the dose has to be reduced. If you are not on any medicine, then you require treatment. Your heart rate increases with high thyroid activity and you can also have anxiety and other emotional changes with the same.
Why does your doctor want a colonoscopy?
Since you are unable to see a doctor, I shall help you with a suggestion. Concor 5mg once a day will help you with your blood pressure and heart rate till you are able to see a doctor / have the investigations.
Take care

My doctor wants to do the colonoscopy because if loose bowel movements, diarrhea.

Brief Answer:
Depends on additional symptoms

Detailed Answer:
If you have blood in the stools or have constipation alternating with diarrhea or if there are other symptoms like weight loss or fever, you definitely require a weight loss. If your loose motion is related to emotional stress or anxiety, there are less chances of finding a serious problem and you may want to wait for some time to see if it would resolve with what I had suggested, as you also have financial constraints.
