Brief Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Detailed Answer:
Yes you have done it right by not allowing her to take today's medicine. Do not give any medicine and monitor blood pressure regularly twice daily at a fix time after 10 mins of relaxation for coming few days.
If blood pressure stays below 140/90 mmHg during these days then dont start any medicine and keep on following healthy life style.
If bp goes above 150/100mmhg then again start with amlodipine 2.5mg once daily in morning.
I would also like to know her heart rate or pulse rate along with blood pressure recordings.
I remember i have told you to get one ECG and ECHO done, please do it and forward me the reports.
Kind Regards
