Brief Answer:
Depends on symptoms and risk profile

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

It depends mainly on
1. symptoms - you will need to repeat the teat if you have symptoms suggesting ischemic heart disease; chest pain (angina) on physical exertion
2. risk profile - in your age your cardiovascular risk usually is not high unless you have strong family history of cardiovascular disease, diabetes melitus, high lipid levels. Your risk may be higher if you smoke, overweight and don't exercise.
If you were my patient I will repeat the test in case you have symptoms or high probability of having ischemic heart disease based on your risks. Otherwise I would advise you to follow healthy lifestyle. And will evaluate in a year.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
