Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
You are having high blood pressure and back pain recently and you should take regularly your medications to stabilise your BP.
If the symptoms will disappear than they are related to hypertension and anxiety and you shouldn't worry about it (no need to go at local hospital).
If the symptoms will increase in intensity or seems to get worse you should go immediately at local hospital.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
