Brief Answer:
It is pre-hypertension

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Are these values of BP taken after taking BP medicine? If not, then you are not hypertensive. The value between systolic BP 120 - 139 or diastolic BP 80 - 89 is considered pre-hypertension. Thus I would consider you as pre-hypertensive and NOT hypertensive.

In pre-hypertension you do not need to take medicines.

I would advise you the following:
1. Get tested to find the cause of raised bp. You can get tested for the following:Electrocardiogram, Urinalysis, Blood glucose, and hematocrit, Serum potassium, creatinine, and calcium, Lipid profile, after 9- to 12-hour fast, that includes high-density and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and triglycerides

2. Lifestyle modifications are needed that include taking more of fruits and vegetables in a day, taking low calorie food (excluding milk products like cheese, butter, ghee, ice cream, sweats, etc), taking low salt, low sugar and low oil diet. Take more of fiber in your food that includes fruits and vegetables, high fiber bircuits etc. Take cleaner drinking water.
Exercise for atleast 20 min a day. Exercise can include, walk, gym, yoga, cycling, swimming etc.
Do yoga and meditation to reduce stress.

Hope it helps.
