Brief Answer:
She needs prompt medical evaluation and treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Whith those blood pressure values there is need first of lowering blood pressure, and a accurate evaluation if this has caused any further damage to heart or brain. This has to be done in a medical facility ( maybe ER). After this initial treatment and evaluation, there is need for a complete work up with clinical assessment , lab tests for renal function, blood lipids, Diabetes, and a modification of prior treatment for high blood pressure. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Note: For further follow-up it is advisable to consult an emergency medicine specialist. Click here.
