Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure
As long as you are symptomless there's no need for panic
Detailed Answer:
Hi back!
I read your query very carefully and understood your concerns.
I can reassure you that your ECG may be considered a borderline ECG at maximum (if not normal).
However this doesn't necessary mean that you suffer from any disease and all the needed examinations should be done in order to exclude any possible disease that may be the underline cause.
If all the examinations are normal than you are a healthy person and you shouldn’t worry, it’s just an ECG finding. For the moment as long as you are symptomless and have only a bit of hypertension, there’s no need for panic. Please continue your examinations with your doctor just to reassure that everything is ok.
Wish you health!

As you can see i am extremely nervous about this. I do have a bit of dry cough and some what of a hoarce voice. I have had both for about a couple of weeks now , i sort of think its related to anxiety but with this whole examination im in a bit of a panic
I also run about 5 miles a day (well i just started too) and feel fine. maybe a little tired but nothing crazy
Your problems are more related to anxiety, running is of help...

Hi back,
My opinion is also that your problems are more related to anxiety and this ECG finding just increases your anxiety. This is why you should contact a cardiologist just to reassure that everything is ok.
If you were my patient i would recommend a cardiac ECHO and chest X ray. If they are fine than you should put your mind on peace and nothing is wrong with you and focus on healthy lifestyle.
It's a good thing that you start running 5 miles a day this will help you feel better and help with anxiety. Running together with other recreational activities like dancing, yoga etc. are of help in stabilizing BP and relieving your anxiety.
Wish you health!

Thanks!
We have to wait for other examinations to reach an accurate conclusion.
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
We have to wait for other examinations (your doctor appointment) to reach an accurate conclusion. All the present statements will be based on suppositions and not on scientific facts. My advice is to do:
- Cardiac ECHO (to evaluate heart function and to exclude heart enlargement and RVH)
- Chest X ray
- Respiratory functional test (this two will help for a proper evaluation of lungs and their function).
Only after these examinations we will rule in or out heart enlargement or pulmonary problems.
Wish you health!
