Brief Answer:
Could be viral fever

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually cold and fever at this age is due to viral infection.
This episode may last a few days.
I would suggest you to continue calpol drops every 4 hours.
Apart from that you can try antihistamine like cetrizine syrup 2ml twice daily which I give to my patients.
If fever persists for one more day I suggest you to get her examined for throat chest or ear infection.
This needs to be done by your pediatrician.
Ensure frequent feeds and make sure she passes urine atleast six times a day which indicates that she is well hydrated.
Wishing your child speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
