Brief Answer:
Just continue to monitor

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health Care Magic.

Most often such fevers in children is due to viral cause. You need to continue to give Tylenol and/or tepid sponging when needed. If the child is otherwise active and playful you need not worry and all you need to do is to continue observing the child.

Regards
