I am taking some medication but it is giving me a timely relief.

I understand from your description that you are suffering with high fever, severe headache and body pains. I would like to know since when you are suffering with these symptoms and the medications you are taking?
From the symptoms, I feel that you might be suffering from Viral fever due to climate changes happening around. But would like to rule out Dengue, Chikungunya and typhoid. Please get Dengue IgM and IgG, Chikungunya IgG and IgM and Typhi dot test to rule out these causes.
Follow the below mentioned measures:
1. Complete bed rest till the fever reduces to normal. If viral fever then the fever should reduce on its own within 3 to 5 days.
2. Take symptomatic treatment. Paracetamol tablets will help you three to four times a day.
3. Monitor your body temperature every 4th hrly.
4. Cold body sponge bath will help in relieving your temperature.
5. Avoid cold and refrigerated food items.
6. Have only warm and easily digestible food.
7. Observe for any body rashes.
