Suggest Treatment For High Heart Rate And BP

Question: My husband is 60 years old, his heart rate is normally 55. Tonight it is 90-95 with a BP of 190/75. Today he had an accident where he fell off an 8' embankment and hit on his shoulder and back first and then into rapid flowing, freezing creek. He like to not have gotten out. Tonight he has discomfort in his shoulder and back but he thinks its from the accident and slight chest pain. He is a strong healthy man, who is never sick.
what should we do?
what should we do?
Brief Answer:
Better to have him seen by physician
Detailed Answer:
The heart rate and BP pressure could be due to trauma and pain. But still at his age it will be very difficult to say that there is no cardiac issue.
Immediately he can have some analgesic like aspirin or paracetamol if not allergic to.
And then to see physician and have ecg to make sure there is no cardiac issues.
Also rule out any fractures.
