Question: Hi my prolactin level on the 14th day from my period is 32. Tsh fsh lh all are normal.can i get pregnant? I got diagnosed with mild variation of pco but both ovries are less than 10 mm and normal.i am 31 yrs of age.

Hi maam.

Periods regular 30 days cycle. Nov 2014 - had a medically managed left tubal abortion. Had no pco till then. I am on amlodepine 5 for hbp since last 6 mnths.

Took a full fertility test today morning however i was excessively sttressd today morning and yesterday whole night.

Prolactin came 32..lsh - 8.49 fsh - 6.41... tsh 2.40.

Last prolactin test was 16.6 but this time it shot up.

No other symptoms...no recurrent headache as such.

TO BE DOUBLE SURE, YOU MAY GET MRI PITUITARY WITH CONTRAST DONE TO RULE OUT ANY PITUITARY LESION.
