Suggest Treatment For Histamine Intolerance

Question: Hello I live in Greece and recently found I was suffering from Histamine intolerance. I am trying to do a low histamine diet and taking DAO as an enzyme but am still getting horrific rashes insomnia and general feelings of panic. I wonder if you can give me any advice.I also thought of trying csnnabis to reduce the histamine levels and reduce my stress and depression oveer the state of my body which I have spent my life taking care of its now a wrinkled red mess.
