Brief Answer:
A possible electrolyte imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I understand you have been operated for Svt and having missed pvcs and pacs currently. There are also flu symptoms that you are having.
Considering this information it appears that you are having an electrolyte imbalance that is caused due to your stomach upset, it it the imbalanced electrolyte levels that are causing arrhythmias and missed beats.
I suggest an urgent electrolyte level assessment as already done by you.
Any fluctuations in the potassium and magnesium levels can cause arrhythmias, and needs an urgent correction.
If any symptoms of dizziness or chest pain refer to emergency care urgently.
It is advisable to continue the prescribed treatment and follow the instruction if your treating doctor and wait for the electrolytes levels.

Let me know the results.
Thank you,

Regards,

Brief Answer:
An hospital admission can be discussed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Palpitations or anxiety with missed beats can be suggestive of underlying arrhythmias, it being a serious unstable condition it is always better to be on safer side. Therefore an hospital admission for a day or two can be advisable and should be discussed with the treating doctor.

By the time report are available a continuous monitoring of ECG and observation is suggested.
Do discuss this with the treating consultant.

Welcome for further queries. and with results of the test.
Thank you
