Brief Answer:
No need to remove if it is not causing trouble
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in.
Wisdom teeth are vestigeal & are not of much use.If they are causing any trouble like pain, swelling, food lodgment or caries in adjacent tooth then its better to get it extracted. If its not causing any problem then no need to go for extraction.
Horizontal impaction is a bit complicated surgical procedure. Its complications involve:- pain , swelling, nerve injury.
Hence no need to get it extracted if there is no problem.
Hope I answered your query
Wishing you good health
