Brief Answer:
hrt may be needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi
If you have already had a hysterectomy but ovaries were retained then peri menopasal signs are possible . If the hot flashes are present and unbearable then HRT can definitely be advised . But regular follow up should be done . Non hormonal drugs are also available . If you can't handle the symptoms then speak with your doc about HRT .
