It is a medical emergency if she broke her humerus.
Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you to my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.
It is a true medical emergency if she really broke her humerus. Please call the local emergency service and they will shift her to the nearest hospital ER for proper care by an orthopedist and to reduce the fracture urgent and timely care is needed.
The fracture may bleed profusely internally, nerves may get damaged if not treated urgently. This is not going to get better without medical attention through ER.
Have a blessed time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you in no time. If satisfied here, please give a generous five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up after sometime regarding the treatment efficacy and to see any need to change the treatment options is very necessary. Keep a follow up some days after this visit session ends.
Regards!

Apply cold sponging and give her Advil.
Detailed Answer:
I welcome you back with a follow up and happy to hear the case is under control. I feel sorry for her situation and the pain she is in. Don't worry I am here to help you.
Give her Advil 2 tablets straight (make sure there are at least 3-4 hours between her last dose of Tylenol or Advil). Then give her 1 Advil every 4-6 hourly according to the situation and fever.
Apply cold sponging and don't cover her body with anything as it will entrap heat and she will feel more fever. Dip a cloth (towel) in cold water and wrench the water out and apply the cold towel on her whole body especially arms hands legs feet face and head. It will take her fever dramatically down.
The bruise marks in her armpit are due to subcutaneous accumulation of the blood due to fracture and soft tissue injury. Don't worry, it will go away with time.
Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you in no time. If satisfied here, please give a generous five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.

Yes these all events are interconnected and are due to felling down!
Detailed Answer:
I welcome you back with a follow up.
Yes this is all interconnected and names of the same event and that is falling badly. She got hurt and is in pain.
What happens is when we fall abruptly somewhere our body stretches and try to guard itself from major impacts. At that moments muscles do many folds than normal. This stretch reflex for guarding the body's vital organs sometimes lead to spasms of muscles due to that reason she is in this much pain.
Apply Thermacare HeatWraps on the affected area of chest. It will soothe her. Apply Bengay Ultra stretch ointment on affected area and massage gently to soothe her.
