Suggest Treatment For Hyperpigmentation Spot On The Arm

Question: I have developed this new spot on my arm. Any thoughts?
Brief Answer:
There are 2 spots noted;please specify which one you are referring to..
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the photo you sent in and noted 2 spots:
1. on the left of the photo (near the hand joint) which seems to be a bruise after injuring
2. the second one on the center of the photo which seems a hyperpigmentation spot
Both of them are not serious; the first one if injured will be subsided in a few days. While the second will remain there. If you want to remove it, should discuss with your dermatologist to remove it by using laser therapy.
Let me know if you have other queries.

Thank you. I am referring to spot 2 .
Brief Answer:
Hyperpigmentation spot,not a serious issue...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
The spot 2 refers to hyperpigmentation problem and it is not serious. I advise not to expose to direct sun and to apply sunscreen cream each time you expose to sunlight.
If you are worried about cosmetic appearance, I advise to discuss further with dermatologist for best treatment.
