Brief Answer:
Labile hypertension.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Firstly thanks for choosing health care magic for your query!
Rapid fluctuation in blood pressure can be because of labile blood pressure.
Clinically defined as sudden and ongoing fluctuations in blood pressure raising from a normal reading to a high at different times of the day.

Labile high blood pressure has been linked in some people to a tumor called pheochromocytoma a tumor originating from the adrenal glands.Adrenal glands are present over kidney and secrete hormones which lay a crucial role in maintaining blood pressure. As you have a history of renal failure, chances of involvement of renal are very high hence i would suggest you to go for the following tests-
MRI abdomen to rule out pheochromocytoma.
Urine vinyl mandelic acid and metanephrines.
Serum cortisol levels.

Apart from adrenals labile hypertension labile hypertension is very much associated with emotional stress and anxiety levels in individual. So if your anxiety levels are high ask you cardiologist to add low doses of anti anxiety medications to it.
Consumption of caffeine and nicotine are also associated with sudden blood pressure spikes. A daily intake of sodium should be restricted to 2300mg.

Advice-
Stress management
Give up smoking and drinking
Follow up with reports.

Thanks!

They are routine investigations!

Hi again,
Those reports are just routine reports of blood and urine, and don't have much significance in your case.
