Brief Answer:
Hypoechoic nodule with central blood flow need FNA.

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
The ultraosund showed multiple nodules and the described nodule is large with calcifications and central blood flow. This nodule surely need a needle biospy. However, other nodules which are more than 1 cm also need needle biopsy.

Sorry, but let me put it in a more clear way. Calcifications, central blood flow, hypoechoic nature are all suspicous of malignancy and such nodules surely need an FNA.

Regards
Binu
