Brief Answer:
Nothing panic, Can take Diclofenac
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the pain can be because of the infection in the wisdom teeth, that is pericoronitis or pericoronal abscess. Nothing to be panic, If I am your treating doctor, I would have suggested you to take a course of antibiOtics like amoxicillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic) along with an analgesic like diclofenac. You have not mentioned what antibiotics is he taking.
Discuss about this with your dentist over phone.
The burning sensation in the chest can be because of the gastritis secondary to the administration of antibiotics.
Nothing to be panic, you can take an antacid like rantac half an hour before food and followed by this you can take the antibiotics and analgesics.
Following the completion of the course of antibiotics, you need to get a radiograph like OPG done and get the teeth removed by consulting a oral maxillofacial surgeon.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
