Suggest Treatment For Inability To Urinate

Anatomical causes should be evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Benadryl i.e Diphenhydramine can relax the bladder extensively. Other causes related to anatomy including stones, strictures and obstruction should be ruled out as benedryl alone after stopping should have caused these symptoms to reverse. I would advise you to consult a urologist who may advise urinalysis, culture sensitivity, cystometric studies and Ultrasound abdomen pelvis to find possible causes for your presentation.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks

Hello.
No, the probability is quite low for it to be a malignancy. However one can only be more certain if the imaging investigations and other tests are clear.
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
I am sorry for your distress. Its likely to be urge incontinence but that is the reason, I mentioned cystometric studies that would measure the pressure changes in the bladder to determine if its irritable bladder syndrome or not. Try to avoid caffeinated drinks. Kegel exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and anticholinergic medication may also be advised that relax the detrusor muscle of the bladder.
Thanks
